Addressing the emerging challenges and opportunities requires the right people. For this reason we care for our people by creating an inclusive and collaborative environment that enables employees to develop their talents while maintaining the work-life balance. This is done through:
- Equality for which Nectar has been Equality Certified by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality since May 2012;
- Health and Safety at the workplace for which Nectar was awarded the Good Practice Award 2012-2013 by the Occupational Health and Safety Authority;
- Communication through a variety of means; and
- Team Building and socialising activities through Nectar Social Committee.
Nectar is also becoming more environmentally responsible through the introduction of eco-efficiency which has become an important concept of management practice. The is sensitive to environmental issues and is committed to contribute towards a better environment by utilising resources in a responsible manner.
